Paris, France | 25 June 2026: JusticeMakers Bangladesh in France (JMBF) expresses its deep concern and strongly condemns the widespread repression and arbitrary arrest of more than one thousand leaders, activists, and supporters of the Bangladesh Awami League (BAL) and its affiliated organizations during nationwide special operations conducted over the past week in connection with the 77th founding anniversary of the Bangladesh Awami League on 23 June.
