With an academic background in Sociology at a renowned university in Bangladesh, he has developed a strong understanding of social inequality, structural marginalisation, human rights, and the complex challenges affecting vulnerable and disadvantaged communities. Combining sociological knowledge with a strong commitment to civic engagement, Raisul contributes his analytical, research, and documentation skills to human rights advocacy while remaining actively involved in youth-led social initiatives, community engagement, and humanitarian activities.
As a volunteer with JMBF, Raisul contributes to monitoring and documenting reported human rights violations across Bangladesh, conducting research and supporting systematic data collection and verification, preparing evidence-based reports highlighting human rights violations, discrimination, and social inequalities, and supporting public awareness initiatives aimed at amplifying the voices and concerns of marginalised and disadvantaged communities. He firmly believes that objective research, credible documentation, and the responsible dissemination of information are essential tools for challenging injustice, strengthening public awareness, and advancing a more inclusive, equitable, and rights-respecting society.
