নওগাঁ জেলাধীন বদলগাছি উপজেলার মধ্য দিয়ে প্রবাহিতছোট যমুনা নদীর বালুমহালের বালু উত্তোলনের নামে নদী তীর সংলগ্ন ফসলী জমির মাটি কাটার অভিযোগে নওগাঁর আদালতে সুয়োমটো মামলা হয়েছে! 

মানবাধিকার প্রতিষ্ঠান জাস্টিসমেকার্স বাংলাদেশ এর প্রতিষ্ঠাতা মহাসচিব ও জেলা এডভোকেট বার এসোসিয়েশন, নওগাঁর বিজ্ঞ আইনজীবী শাহানূর ইসলাম সৈকত গত ২০শে ফ্রেব্রুয়ারী জনস্বার্থে বদলগাছি থানার এখতিয়ার সম্পন্ন নওগাঁর বিজ্ঞ আমলী আদালতে এ সংক্রান্তে দৈনিক করতোয়াসহ বিভিন্ন জাতীয় ও স্থানীয় দৈনিক পত্রিকায় প্রকাশিত সংবাদ প্রদর্শন ও উত্থাপনপূর্বক বিজ্ঞ বিচারকের দৃষ্টি আকর্ষণ করে প্রয়োজনীয় ব্যবস্থা গ্রহণের প্রার্থনা করেন। 

JusticeMakers Bangladesh concerns over the physical abuse of trans-woman beauty vlogger in Dhaka.

Bangladeshi human rights organization JusticeMakers has expressed concern over the recent incident of holding captive, black mailing and physical abuse of a beauty vlogger transgender woman in Dhaka. It also urges to the government of Bangladesh to immediate action against culprits who were involved with the heinous crime against transgender woman and bring the culprits before the book and give exemplary punishment after quick and impartial investigation.

According to the news published on different newspaper that transgender beauty vlogger Saad Mua has claimed that she was held captive by a man and a woman in Dhaka's Bashundhara residential area recently and brought allegations of blackmail, physical and verbal abuse.

একই সাথে যশোরে যৌন সংখ্যালঘু সমকামী হিজড়া ব্যক্তিকে নৃশংসভাবে হত্যাকাণ্ডের সাথে জড়িত সকল অপরাধীকে দ্রুত গ্রেফতার পূর্বক বিচারে সোপর্দ করে দায়ীদের দৃষ্ঠান্তমূলক শাস্তি প্রদানের জোড় দাবী জানিয়েছে বিআইএইচআর এবং জাস্টিসমেকার্স বাংলাদেশ ।

গত ০৯ জানুয়ারী ২০২২ খ্রীষ্টাব্দ দৈনিক জনকণ্ঠ পত্রিকার প্রকাশিত খবর আনুযায়ী জানা যায় যে, গত ০৮ জানুয়ারী শনিবার সকালে যশোর-ছুটিপুর সড়কের হালসা ব্রিজের কাছে দুর্বৃত্তদের ছুরিকাঘাতে লাভলী (৩০) নামে এক হিজড়া খুন হয়েছে।
