Paris, France | 15 September 2026: JusticeMakers Bangladesh in France (JMBF) expresses its profound concern and unequivocal condemnation over the death sentences imposed in absentia on seven political leaders of the Bangladesh Awami League, Jubo League, and Bangladesh Chhatra League following proceedings that failed to meet internationally recognised minimum standards of judicial fairness and appear to have been driven solely by political motives.
