STATEMENT: BSF-Led “Push-Ins” Along the India–Bangladesh Border: A Serious Violation of International Law, Human Rights, and the Rule of Law

Paris, France | 11 June 2026: JusticeMakers Bangladesh in France (JMBF) expresses its deep concern, strong condemnation, and firm protest over the recent significant increase in alleged "push-ins" and attempted push-ins into Bangladesh by India's Border Security Force (BSF) across various sectors of the India–Bangladesh border following the formation of the new BJP-led government in West Bengal.
